Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for any first time orders.

We accept and process returns Monday-Friday, and all returns need to be shipped via USPS to the following address:

Please include the original packing slip with your return, that way we can easily identify the customer and order number. If you do not have the original packing slip anymore, then you will need to include a piece of paper with your full name and address. Please note WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Outside of the first 30 days, no refunds will be issued for partially used products or products that appear to be handled, opened or tampered with.
